Brewer’s Kitchen was created, to bring something bold and unique to the city we love, and while doing so, create something our team would be proud of. Brewer’s Kitchen is a culmination of years of working and dining in restaurants across the USA, and taking the very best, and mixing them into the recipe for Brewer’s Kitchen. Every detail was methodically thought out and implemented to help make your experience working here easier and more enjoyable, while ensuring our customers have a unique and memorable experience. 


We believe this is a people industry and that food is a biproduct of those people. We focus on the quality of life of those that work here. We take multiple vacations throughout the year to allow our team the much needed time to recharge their batteries. We take off most major holidays to allow our team to be with their families.
