Everything at Brewer's Kitchen can be made into a vegitarian meal by substituting meat for our marinated monster portobello mushroom.
As for vegans, the options are fewer, but our buns are vegan if you inform your server you are vegan so that the kitchen does't toast your bun in butter. Otherwise tell the staff your vegan and we'll work with you to find the perfect meal!
Our focus is to take local brewer's passion for their products and infuse them into our menu. Almost everything is cooked with beer, so the options for Gluten Free dining are extremely limited. Discuss with your server about your gluten lifestyle and we will do our best to find you something you can enjoy. If you are cielac or have strong reactions to gluten we think Brewer's Kitchen might not be the best place for you to dine at.
We do not accept resercations. Seating is first come first served making reservations not necessary.
For large party reservations / groups of 20+ please email us to enquire about renting the space or ensuring we have seating for a group of that size.
Our burgers start with fresh, never frozen beef from local Midwest farms, sourced by Mies Family Foods since 1968. Marinated in IPA beer and ground fresh daily in-house, it’s the secret to delivering KC’s juiciest, most flavorful burgers.
All our beers come from Missouri and Kansas, with our Beer Hall featuring regional and national craft brews. Enjoy local favorites like Cinder Block, Boulevard, Torn Label, and more!
We source fresh produce from locally owned C&C Produce, including the potatoes for our hand-cut fries—perfectly paired with our burgers!
